Data collected and used by NetGuard
  1.What personal information do we collect from users who use NetGuard?
  NetGuard does not ask users to register personal account or login with an account. 
  Except for necessary data for routine purpose that we collect and store to operate the service, NetGuard does not record any personal information or sensitive data, like contacts, address, cellphone number etc.
  The general data information that NetGuard collected from users includes:
  * Device Information
  We will collect some specific information about your device, such as cellphone model number, operating system version. The information is only used for customer service purpose.
  * Network Connection Status
  By allowing application to connect network, we will detect users’ network operations and state, so that our server can better serve the users. 
  * E-mail Address
  We collect your email address when you open the “Support” service to request customer support problem or provide us with feedback on our products. This information is just used to solve product problems and better improve our product.

  6. Do we collect/store/share personal sensitive information? 
  No, such information shall never be collected/stored/shared by us. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information.

  7. Usage events: some events performed by the user, such as: Connecting and disconnecting VPN; opening subscription page; first time the user opens the app. We use these events to analyze service usage and improve the application.
  8. Purchase info: what products where purchased, if the trial period is still active or if it is an active payment period. We need this to know the status of our subscribed users, so that we can provide our service accordingly.
  9. Technical metadata: app version, network type, device model, iOS version. We use this data to provide support and keep optimized the VPN connection.
NO IP ADDRESS, DNS OR BROWSING HISTORY IS COLLECTED. ALL DATA PASSED THROUGH VPN TUNNEL IS PROXIED "AS IS" AND NOT ANALYZED OR RECORDED IN ANY WAY.

We will NOT share any of your data to third parties under any circumstance, except situations where we are required to disclose available personal information to comply with legal law enforcement requests. In this case the extent of disclosure will be limited to the information listed above.
